Green Papaya Salad with Shrimp Flakes $7.50
an addictive blend of tastes and textures of erotic green papaya salad
I accidentally deleted the photo from my sd card so I had to use Siam Kitchen's photo for this dish ;_; (the dish shown is the mango salad, not the green papaya salad *please take note*)
It is mildly spicy, sour, sweet - all at the same time. This salad stimulates your tastebuds and it makes a great start to a meal.

Tom Yum Seafood Soup (Tom Yum Talay) $7.60
hot, sour and spicy soup with seafood and herbs
(portion is larger than shown)
The soup is not oily and the spiciness is just right for me. The taste of the ingredients is mediocre though.

Thai Mixed Salad with NZ Beef Fillet (Yum Neau Yang Song Krueng) $8.50
The texture of the beef fillet is not tough. This dish is slightly spicy. Not a fan of beef so I only tried a bite.

Grilled Honey-Marinated Boneless Chicken (Gai Yang) $12.90
a classic favourite, found on almost every street corner in Bangkok
The chicken meat is really tender and juicy. I find it a tad oily though. Then again, maybe it's just the honey.

Siam Siam Grill Combo Platter (Yang Ruammitr) $22.90
mix of chicken, squid, beef and prawns
unfortunately, I did not get to try this. But you get how it looks like! This is good for sharing, especially when you are craving for seafood and meat at the same time.

Deep-fried Whole Garoupa Fish with Chilli Dip / Mango Sauce (Pla Gao Tod Sam Rod) $23.90
$23.90 is really reasonable for a whole garoupa fish!

The batter is not thick and floury, and is just right. The flesh is tender and soft but I find it rather bland. The chilli dip provided is a great complement to the fish as it brings out the taste.

The dishes that we have tried are all their signature dishes. If you are a fish lover and you love fried food, try the fried garoupa. You will love it. Also, muslims can rejoice because Siam Kitchen is a Halal restaurant!
