Transform Zombies into Humans with just a cream?! Such a humorous tagline!
Here's how the Killing Me Zombie CC Cream looks like and it's a Korean product!
CC stands for "color correcting" and it can address issues such as redness of the skin. Sometimes, CC creams are also seen as an improvement of the BB cream.
"This new Killing Me Zombie CC Cream has a SPF30 PA++. Its concept is of transforming dull and lifeless zombie skin into luminous and vibrant human skin. This new product is being highly raved about by selection of beauty lovers in Korea. Using “Color Capsule Stability Technology” this product has the ability of “skin tone finding”, going well with each skin colour with its triple color capsules.
Killing Me Zombie CC cream made from herbal extracts such as wild perilla leaves and angelica utilis
makino is rich in vitamins and minerals, keeping skin nutritionally balanced. Royal azalea extract,
portulaca extract, and aloe vera extract in the product also helps soothe and calm down skin against
harmful sun rays.
To transform into human, simply apply evenly to skin and experience smooth skin texture with
natural glow immediately!"
Functions of Zombie CC Cream:
- Corrects uneven skin tone
- Conceals skin imperfections
- UV Block
The CC cream is white. The colour of the cream changes quickly after spreading on the skin and it blends into my skin-tone.
(Took the photos with only the CC cream as my makeup so pardon my hideous faint brows!)
Here's the picture before application and after application.
The Zombie CC cream does a decent job in concealing my skin imperfections. It also helps in correcting my uneven skin tone. I have an obvious pimple on my left cheek and the CC Cream is able to somewhat conceal it and it does not look obvious after application. It has a good coverage although it is not perfect. The redness of my cheeks is definitely reduced - just what a CC cream is supposed to do.
There is also a whitening effect that is not overpowering. While it does not feel greasy on my face, it does not feel dry as well. There is a hydrating effect present (6/10).
My only gripe is that I have difficulties pumping the cream out. It works like a dispenser and if you push the pump, the CC cream is supposed to come out. However there is a space gap between the cream in the bottle and the pump so nothing came out. I left the bottle upside down for a day but it did not work because the cream has a rather dense texture. My finger is not small enough to scoop up the cream inside too. Fortunately, some cream managed to be dispensed out after I forcefully hit it against another surface. I just hope that this doesn't happen to the other creams on the shelves!
Killing Me Zombie CC cream is now retailing at $28.00 for 40ml with a FREE sample Size 7ml. It is available exclusively in selected Watsons store.
