Review: La Roche-Posay UVIDEA Aqua Fresh Gel

The La Roche-Posay UVIDEA Aqua Fresh Gel is a superior daily sun protection in a fresh water-break concentrated gel texture. It also prevents hyperpigmentation, complexion greying and UV aging. Best of all, it protects against UVA for 18 times longer and it is tested on sensitive Asian skin.

I like that I can easily use it by simply opening the cover and pushing the pump. The gel comes out smoothly and the area around the opening is kept clean after every use too.

The texture is quite watery and it feels non-greasy. It is light and creamy and doesn't really feel like a gel. It feels slightly sticky after application but skin feels hydrated as well. The stickiness feeling does not last long though. Even after a day out, my skin doesn't feel greasy from the gel.

The La Roche-Posay UVIDEA Aqua Fresh Gel absorbs fast into the skin too so there is no need to rub onto my skin continuously for it to spread evenly. There is a very subtle scent which is light.

Overall, this is a rather good sunblock to use for all skin types and I like how it is able to hydrate the skin at the same time too.
