UK Travels: Liverpool

1/3: Day trip to Liverpool

Brunch was Mac 'n Cheese from the supermarket which I finally had the chance to eat after buying it.

St. George Hall, a heritage centre, whch was just right outside Liverpool Lime Street Station.

Walker Art Gallery

impressive range of art collections

World Museum
This museum was quite huge and there were many different exhibitions open to visitors.

Dinosaurs always intrigue me.

creepy Egyptian mummies

Albert Dock

Echo Wheel of Liverpool
Almost every city has a wheel like this!

The Beatles Story

Museum of Liverpool

Merseyside Maritime Museum

There was a titanic exhibition in the museum, which was probably similar to the one held in Singapore some time back. I had wanted to go to the titanic exhibition in Singapore but I did not want to spend money on it. This was free!

We also made a quick visit to the International Slavery Museum which was also housed in the same building before it was closed.

Only 5.30 P.M and the streets looked so deserted already.

While waiting for our train, we went to Patisserie Valerie to chill.

Liverpool Chinatown
It was really quiet in the evening with most shops closed.

Dinner was settled with all the assorted snacks that I brought from Sheffield. Yup, things I do to save money.
