UK Travels: Oxford

7/3: Oxford

Oxford is such a beautiful city and I love the city's architecture and buildings.
We followed the school to Oxford because it was cheaper than going ourselves.

Wadham College
One of the many colleges there..

Oxford University Museum of Natural History

Natural History Museums are my favourite kind of museums.

Pitts River Museum - Interesting artefacts from around the world

University Church of St. Mary the Virgin

Beautiful interior!

Bodleian library
Oxford's university library was one of Harry Potter's film location and one of the oldest libraries in Europe! There was an entrance fee so we did not go in.

Oxford Covered Market

Oreo milkshake from Moo-Moo's at only £2+!

Prison Debtor's Tower - part of Oxford Castle
Such a specialized prison. Prisoners (or debtors) stayed in the prison cells until their debts were paid.

Dinner was at Pie Minister which has one of the best pies!

Carfax observatory tower

Christ Church - another Harry Potter's filming location in Oxford.

Christ Church park
It was a perfect day for a picnic.

Weather was unexpectedly warm that day and it had to be the day I wore extra thick because the past few days had been cold :/
